Michael C. Evans brings over 30 years of experience in developing and managing complex operational and financial systems. With an Economics degree from Loyola Marymount University, Michael has a proven track record of excellence, including being the school's first recipient of the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Economics.
His extensive experience includes developing and managing annual operating budgets in excess of $100M, as well as overseeing a nonprofit's $11.5M endowment fund. Michael's background in management positions for two cities and a county has provided him with an in-depth understanding of municipal operations and the municipal budget process.
Michael is well-versed in financial and statistical analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and developing conservative business models. His expertise extends to contract management and negotiation, customer service management, operations management, marketing, project management, and personnel management.
He prides himself on his ability to develop and implement complex data-driven operational and financial systems that use continuous quality improvement techniques to drive operations and achieve business goals. As Michael puts it, "I am the ultimate Risk Manager!"
